Guatemala Candelaria Select
Cupping Notes: Red Apple, Dark Chocolate, Roasted Almond
Our Guatemala Candelaria Select is from the region of San Antonio Huista, Huehuetenango. It's name Candelaria is unique and comes from the pools of water in Huehue that naturally change colors from turquoise to a lighter green.
We find roasting it as a true medium (city to full city+) allowed the notes to be more pronounced.
